Return and Refund Policy

• All damages and shortages are to be reported within 15 days.
• Cancellation of orders in process of manufacture cannot be permitted unless we are reimbursed for work completed and special materials ordered.
• No return shipments accepted without our written permission.

 

One-Year Warranty Policy

Lund Equipment Company, Inc. warrants that each key cabinet will be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of shipment from Lund Equipment Co.

Within the warranty period Lund Equipment Co. will repair or replace any part found to be defective upon Lund Equipment Co.'s examination but will not pay shipping costs for the returned item, installation costs or other expenses. This warranty shall not apply to any product which has been subjected to misuse, negligence, or accident, misapplied, modified, and repaired by an unauthorized person, improperly installed or normal wear and tear. Key cabinets and accessories are intended for indoor usage and are not guaranteed to be fireproof or waterproof. This warranty only applies to products owned by customers purchasing directly from Lund Equipment Co. or from Lund approved distributors.
